Delivery FOR Haripur. ? Bidders must submit their bids as per tender requirement i.e clearly marked as financial and technical proposals. ? Price inclusive and exclusive of taxes need to be mentioned separately. ? Complete technical literature required along with technical bid. ? Bid security of Rs. 50,000/- of bid value along with technical literature in separate sealed envelope in shape of pay order or Demand Draft, Otherwise bid will not be entertained. ? Bid Validity: 90 days. ? Prices must be in PAK Rupees ? Warranty: standard Warranty ? Transportation charges will be borne by the Vendor. ? Complete documents is available on PPRA websites. ? Evaluation of supplier will be done as per attached criteria. ? All should be imported tyres other than Chinese made. ? All tyres should be genuine in all aspects if found tempered / guilty then legal action will be taken against the provided vendor. ? Also clearly mentioned the date of manufacturing & Country of origin. NRTC reserves the right to accept or reject at any time prior to the acceptance of any or all the tenders / bids. Bids complete in all respect should reach the office of the under signed up to 24th Apr, 2024 till 1030 hours and Bids will be opened at 1100 hours on same day.
